I'm Sambit, and I built Cuebase.
What inspired it
Small businesses live and die by reviews. But happy customers rarely leave one unless someone asks, and unhappy ones often go straight to Google. Whatever good feedback does come in ends up scattered across WhatsApp chats, emails and Google, and almost none of it reaches the business's website.
The problem I wanted to solve
I wanted one simple loop: ask every customer, hear about problems privately before they become 1-star reviews, and turn the best feedback into proof that new customers actually see.
How it evolved
Cuebase started as a simple testimonial wall (the codebase is still called Proofwall 😄). Using it, I found that collecting testimonials was the hard part, not displaying them. So I added:
