Cue
Save, sync, and reuse AI prompts instantly.
Cue is a fast desktop app for saving, searching, and reusing AI prompts. Use global shortcuts to capture prompts, open the launcher, search your library, and copy prompts into Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, or any other AI tool. Cue keeps your data local by default, with optional private Git sync for backup across devices. Available for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Cue to solve a simple problem: I kept reusing the same prompts across Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and other AI tools, but they were always scattered everywhere.
Cue is a fast, open-source desktop prompt launcher. Save prompts with a shortcut, search them instantly, and copy the right one when you need it.
It works locally by default, supports projects, Markdown, pins, themes, 14 languages, and optional private Git sync.
I made Cue open source so developers can inspect how it works, contribute, or adapt it for their own workflow.
I’d love to hear your feedback from anyone who uses AI tools every day.
Thanks for checking it out!

Who hunted Cue?
Cue was hunted by Riyo. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
