I built CtrlZ because I lived this problem myself. At my previous company, every time I needed a sales number I had to wait 3 days for IT to send me a spreadsheet. By the time it arrived, the opportunity was gone.
I tried Power BI, Tableau, Looker — they all need a dedicated team. For a small business with 10-50 people, that doesn't exist.
