And lawyers are not supposed to coach how witnesses answer them and also the weakness link in a trial is how the jury sees the witnesses' answers. Is an irony because parties go to court spend millions and yet, spend nothing to prep themselves...For example in Elon Musk's case, my model predicted the questions that will be asked based on the pleadings filed (copies are default in the platform). There is almost no tool that puts you in the witness seat, has an AI barrister react in real time to what you actually just said, and then scores both the substance of your answers and how you delivered them — using your own case materials. NOTE no data is stored except for your Q and A. You can download your own video too else all will be erased when you logout.
Started from the broader idea that witnesses is the weakest link in a trial. Understand the issues they faced and find a solution. The concept is witnesses are actors while lawyers are directors and the jury the audience. Evolved into a dedicated witness-training product once it became clear that the scarcest resource is realistic, private practice under examination pressure.
