Crema

A clean, minimal start page for your browser and your day.

Crema is a clean, minimal start page for your day. Weather, news, calendar, bookmarks, world clocks, and more in one bento layout — sync across devices, install as a PWA, completely free.

Top comment

I built Crema for myself because I couldn't find a clean, minimal browser start page that made it easy to start my day with a summary of what's happening. Crema turns the blank tab you'd otherwise stare at into something useful. It's a bento grid of cards covering the things you check first thing in the morning — what's the weather, what's happening today, what's worth reading, where do you need to be — all on one page that loads fast and stays out of your way. It's also a Progressive Web App. Install it to your home screen on iOS or your Mac dock and it runs like a native app, with an iOS-style bottom tab bar in standalone mode.

Who hunted Crema?

Crema was hunted by Mark Anderson. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
