I am the creator of CREDevSim. As a CPA who has spent years buried in public accounting, auditing, and real estate development finance, I got tired of the same old problem: massive, fragile Excel models that break the moment you try to run dynamic scenarios, equity waterfalls, or complex debt structures. I wanted something fast, reliable, and purpose-built. This came to reality as I got layoff from my job in August 2025, and I have a newborn around the same time. All these life events pushed me to I built this native desktop simulator designed specifically for commercial real estate underwriting and development while I was job seeking and caring for my baby,
