I built this because of my frustration with having to search multiple CRE websites one by one to find opportunities for my clients i wanted something that did it for me. The only options out there were hilariously expensive. So I built CRE Scout that is free to use. I also was frustrated that my clients didn't have anything they could use to also search for what they want without searching individually each brokerage website. CRE listings and opportunities tend to be gatekept to some extent and I'm trying to remove that make a even playing field.
