CozyFlow

Cycle-aware care for PMS and body rhythms

CozyFlow is a privacy-first cycle companion for PMS, flow, symptoms, and body rhythm. Log cup-empty moments, notice phase-aware patterns, and optionally share derived hormonal context with Feelvu without exposing raw health notes.

Top comment

Hi Product Hunt, I am Sooyeon, maker of CozyFlow. I built CozyFlow because cycle tracking often feels either too clinical or too generic. I wanted a gentler way to understand PMS-type changes, flow, symptoms, sleep, movement, food, stress, and body rhythm without turning private reproductive health data into something extractive. CozyFlow is a cycle-aware companion, not a medical product. It does not diagnose, treat, or predict conditions. The goal is to help people notice patterns in their own body, understand hormonal context with more care, and decide what kind of support or rest might help. It can also connect with Feelvu through an opt-in privacy boundary: Feelvu can receive derived context like life stage, cycle phase when available, PMS window, and confidence level, but not raw period history, symptom notes, cup logs, discharge logs, or health notes. I would love feedback on the cycle-aware language, the privacy boundary, and whether the Feelvu connection makes emotional context feel more useful.
