Hi Product Hunt — I’m Scott, the developer behind Court Daemon. Court Daemon grew out of The Simpson Matter, which I built because I wanted a better way to find exact moments in the O.J. Simpson trials than scrubbing through hundreds of hours of video. That project became a network spanning nine trials across O.J. Simpson, Karen Read, Depp v. Heard, and the Dan Markel murder case, plus Luigi Mangione coverage and the upcoming New York trial. Each archive organizes the record into searchable transcripts, direct links to exact lines and source video, and browsable pages for people, locations, evidence, proceedings, timelines, glossaries and more. Everything is free to use. These are independent archives built from public courtroom recordings, court-reporter transcripts, filings, and court information. They are not official court websites or official transcripts. I’d love to hear what you find useful, what feels confusing, or what would make a large trial record easier to research.
