Couplesplit is built for couples who share expenses but keep their own accounts. Ours brings shared spending, fair splits, household budgets, trips, reports, and balances into one place. Mine gives each partner a private space for salary, personal spending, savings goals, and installments. Everything in Mine stays visible only to its owner. No bank connection required. Available on iPhone in six languages, with one Pro subscription covering both partners.

Hey Product Hunt, I’m Erik. I originally built Couplesplit for my wife and me. We were tired of trying to use Splitwise to manage our finances as a couple. It was useful for tracking who paid, but we still couldn’t properly understand our household budget, monthly spending, installments, recurring expenses, or what had actually changed from one month to the next. So I started building the app I wished we had. What began as a small project for the two of us slowly became useful to more couples than I expected. They wanted the same things: fair splits that aren’t always 50/50, clear balances, proper reports, shared budgets, and one place to understand their money together. The newest addition is Ours and Mine. Ours is for everything you manage as a couple. Mine is a private space for your salary, personal spending, savings goals, and installments. Your partner can’t see what you add there. Couplesplit is still a very personal product to me. I use it every day, and most features exist because my wife and I needed them or because another couple told me they did. I’d love to hear how you currently manage money with your partner and what still feels harder than it should.
