I'm a practising UK solicitor, and I built Counsel AI because I was tired of watching qualified people lose their evenings to first-pass contract screening — the unglamorous, repetitive read-through every NDA, supplier agreement or DPA needs before a lawyer can actually advise on it.
Counsel AI does that first read. Upload a document (or paste the text) and it comes back with a structured, clause-by-clause result: what the document is, what a lawyer would flag on a first pass, and why. It shows its reasoning line by line rather than asking you to trust a verdict.
