I built CostRift to solve a very practical problem: suppliers send updated price lists, but figuring out what changed and what those changes actually do to your margins is often a manual spreadsheet job.
CostRift lets you compare a previous and current supplier price list in CSV or XLSX and quickly see:
• price increases and decreases
• added and removed SKUs
• margin impact when selling prices are provided
• the target selling price needed to preserve the previous margin
• unresolved or ambiguous SKU matches that need review
Privacy was important to me, so supplier files are processed locally in the browser and are not uploaded to CostRift servers.
