I'm the solo creator behind Cosflow. The idea came from watching how cosplayers manage their projects with tools that just weren't built for it — scattered notes, improvised spreadsheets, no real tracking of budget or time invested in a costume. Cosflow is an app built specifically for cosplay project management: budget tracking, time tracking, organizing by costume elements, plus a bit of gamification (XP, badges, unlockable themes) to make the process more motivating. Launched in October 2025, entirely organic growth so far — no big marketing budget, just the cosplay community that needed it. Available on iOS, Android, and web.
