I created CoRegulateAI after seeing how many people struggle to access consistent emotional support, nervous system education, and practical wellness tools between therapy sessions — or without access to therapy at all.
Most wellness apps either feel overly clinical or completely generic. I wanted to build something different:
therapist-curated,
trauma-informed,
emotionally safe,
and genuinely practical for everyday overwhelm.
CoRegulateAI combines AI-guided support with evidence-based tools like:
