In commercial real estate you get two options. Put a deal on a public portal and you get reach, but the portal owns the buyer, the brand, and eventually the relationship. Keep the deal private and you protect the client, but you're back to emailing PDFs, chasing countersigned agreements, and guessing who actually read the offering memorandum.
Brokerages whose entire product is their reputation were being asked to pick one. I wanted to find out whether a firm could run a genuinely confidential process at a professional standard without renting someone else's brand to do it.
So every listing lives on the brokerage's own domain, with their logo and their colors. Confidentiality agreements are signed digitally with the signer's identity verified. Due diligence opens in stages rather than all at once, so you decide who sees the rent roll and when. Every email, whether it's the CA notification, the campaign, or the listing alert, is sent from the brokerage's own authenticated domain. The buyer never sees us, which is the point.
