CopyPaste

Everything You Copy. Always Within Reach. Private & Fast.

MacOS only keeps your most recent copy, making it easy to lose important text, links, codes, and notes. Many clipboard managers solve this problem but come with cloud syncing, subscriptions, privacy concerns, or unnecessary battery and memory usage. CopyPaste gives you a simple alternative. It remembers everything you copy, stores it locally, and lets you instantly find and reuse clipboard history. No cloud, no account, no tracking, just a fast, lightweight app built for privacy and performance.

This solves a problem every Mac user runs into eventually: you copy something important, copy one more thing, and it's gone.

What I like here is the focus on staying out of the way. Most clipboard managers end up becoming another app, battery heavy and process intensive, you have to manage, customize, or constantly switch to. This feels more aligned with the original goal: keep me in flow and make copy/paste reliable again.

If you've ever lost a code snippet, link, AI prompt, or note because macOS only remembers the last thing you copied, this is worth trying.

Feeling Good shipping a tool that fixes a real annoyance instead of adding more complexity.

Would love to hear more!

Who hunted CopyPaste?

CopyPaste was hunted by Milan Chetry. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
