We set out to build the best all-in-one software suite for service businesses almost 4 years ago and today we're finally launching a complete contract management solution. This is the 6th App we've launched (following apps for Messaging, Billing, File-sharing, Forms, and Helpdesks).
We know there's many options out there for eSignature but what's unique about ours is that it is tightly integrated with the rest of our platform. Here's what I mean:
- For your team, we can paint a complete picture of what your clients are up to. For e.g. you can navigate to a client profile and see contract submissions in the same place that you can see communication history, file uploads, form submissions, and more.
- For your clients, everything is integrated in your white-label client portal. For e.g. on the sidebar of your portal clients will see all notifications that are relevant to them.
- The Contracts App comes with an API and Zapier/Make support which lets you set up really powerful automations. For e.g., you can automatically assign contracts to clients the first time they log in to your portal.
