Cookly

Recipe Organizer and Meal Planner

Cookly combines recipes, meal planning, shopping lists, nutrition tracking, cookbooks, and household sharing into one native iOS app, instead of splitting those features across multiple subscriptions and services. The latest launch introduces a brand new Household feature that lets families, couples, or roommates share recipes, shopping lists, and meal plans together in real time. Another major focus has been creating a genuinely generous free experience with minimal friction and no ads.

Top comment

Cookly is an iPhone app built to make meal planning feel simple instead of stressful. Save recipes from anywhere, organize them into cookbooks, plan your week, generate shopping lists automatically, track nutrition, and now even share everything with your household. I originally built it because I was tired of juggling multiple cooking apps and subscriptions just to manage recipes and meal plans at home. One thing I cared about a lot: keeping the free version genuinely useful without stuffing the app with ads. Would love any feedback from the Product Hunt community 🙌

Who hunted Cookly?

Cookly was hunted by Fredrik Hillbert. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
