Convert PDF to Google Sheets
Convert PDF tables directly inside your Google spreadsheets.
Convert PDF to Google Sheets without leaving your spreadsheet. This sidebar add-on uses AI OCR to extract tables from PDFs and images straight into your sheet, keeping rows and columns intact. It detects multiple tables on a page, puts each page of a multi-page PDF on its own tab, handles scans, and offers a CSV download. Files are deleted right after extraction and never used to train AI models. Free credits every month, so you can try it on a real PDF.
Hi guys! I'm Sriram, the maker of Convert PDF to Google Sheets.
I saw many table extraction tools working as standalone tools, and I felt that was not ideal. So why not build one that lives inside a spreadsheet?
It's a sidebar add-on for Google Sheets. Upload a PDF or image, pick the pages, click Extract Data, and the tables land in your sheet with rows and columns intact. Multi-page PDFs get extracted neatly to separate tabs, and there is a CSV download if you need one.
It's built for bookkeepers, accountants and small business owners who copy invoices and bank statements into spreadsheets by hand. It's free to try with monthly free credits, and 1000+ people from 75 countries worldwide have installed it so far.
I'd love your feedback. What kind of PDF do you often need in a spreadsheet?
