This project started from a simple frustration: SMEs juggle dozens of supplier contracts (telecom, insurance, SaaS, energy) with zero centralized visibility. Auto-renewal clauses quietly cost businesses money every year because nobody remembers to cancel on time.
I wanted to fix that with AI — not just a spreadsheet template, but something that actually reads your contracts (PDF or scanned), extracts the key dates and terms automatically, and warns you before a deadline slips by.
The trickiest part was making the cancellation letter generator actually useful across borders. French commercial law has strict rules most tools ignore (like "brutal termination of established commercial relationships" — a real legal risk if you've worked with a supplier for years). So ContratsPro adapts its legal caution level depending on your country: France, EU, US, UK, Canada, and Francophone Africa (OHADA zone) are all covered, each with the right tone and legal prudence.
ContratsPro is currently in free early access — no payment wall yet, because I'd rather learn from real users first.
