ContextBolt

AI search for your X, Reddit & LinkedIn bookmarks

Everyone bookmarks. Nobody goes back. ContextBolt captures your saved posts from X, Reddit, and LinkedIn, auto-tags them with AI, and lets you search across all three platforms by meaning. The killer feature: a personal MCP endpoint. Add one line to your Claude Desktop or Cursor config and Claude can search your bookmarks mid-conversation. Free for 150 bookmarks. Pro is $6/month for unlimited and MCP. All data stays in your browser by default.

Hey PH! David here. I built ContextBolt because I had 2,000+ bookmarks on X and couldn't find any of them. Twitter's search is terrible. Reddit doesn't even have one. So I built a Chrome extension that captures your bookmarks, auto-tags them with AI, and lets you search across everything you've saved. The MCP integration is my favourite part. I use Claude Code every day, and being able to say "check my bookmarks for anything about vector databases" mid-conversation is genuinely useful. Built with: Vite + React (extension), Cloudflare Workers + D1 (backend), Claude Haiku for tagging, OpenAI for embeddings. Solo founder. Built this evenings and weekends. Would love your feedback. Who hunted ContextBolt?

ContextBolt was hunted by David Hamilton. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
