I originally built Context Link because I was tired of copy and pasting context, and tracking down links when using ChatGPT and Claude on marketing and content tasks.
Since launching here last year, we've developed both a ChatGPT and Claude connector. However, I wanted to use the same vector search and personalisation in other software projects. Usually when adding AI features to SaaS products where better context directly improves the output quality.
So today I’m launching the Context Link RAG API.
Its a white-label RAG solution, so you can give every customer of your SaaS their own private vector index, built from their website and/or data your product sends us. Before your software generates a response, draft, recommendation, campaign or onboarding experience, it retrieves the customer’s relevant context first.
The result is AI-generated content that reflects what that customer actually sells, says and believes instead of producing the same generic answer for every account.
