ComplaintForge

Turn your complaint emails into formal UK legal letters

Paste your email or WhatsApp thread. ComplaintForge identifies which UK laws have been broken, lays out a timeline and the remedies available, then writes a formal complaint letter or a full Ombudsman pack. The analysis is free. A letter citing the legislation and statutory deadlines gets taken far more seriously than an angry email. Built for leaseholders, renters and heat network residents. Letter 4.99, Ombudsman pack 9.99, one off, no subscription. Not legal advice.

Day 3 update: everything asked for in the comments below has shipped. Saved cases, statutory deadline tracking with an escalation prompt, a WhatsApp parser preview, PDF export of the analysis and evidence upload are all live now.

I built ComplaintForge because writing a complaint that gets taken seriously is harder than it should be. Most people do not know which law protects them, so they send an angry email that gets ignored.

You paste the email or WhatsApp thread. It identifies the specific UK legislation that applies, lays out a timeline and the remedies available, and if you want it, writes a formal complaint letter or a full Ombudsman submission pack. The analysis is free. A letter is 4.99 and the Ombudsman pack is 9.99, one off, no subscription.

The disputes it handles most are the boring high stress ones: heat network and heating failures, service charges, managing agent disputes, landlord disrepair, noise and anti social behaviour. A solicitor charges 150 plus for a letter like this. Same result for a few pounds.

It is not legal advice. It points you at the law and drafts the letter. I would like honest feedback on where it is weak, especially from anyone who has fought one of these disputes. What would make you trust a generated letter enough to actually send it?

Who hunted ComplaintForge?

ComplaintForge was hunted by Arnold Oshenye. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
