I built CollectCue for small bookkeeping teams that spend too much time chasing clients for missing documents.
In many firms, the hard part is not just getting files uploaded. It is knowing which client is missing what, sending the right follow-up, keeping reminders friendly, and reviewing uploads before the work is actually ready to close.
CollectCue is a lightweight document chase layer for bookkeepers. You can create request lists, share simple upload links with clients, track missing items, send reminders, and review submitted files without setting up a heavy client portal.
I’m starting with bookkeeping firms because this workflow shows up again and again around month-end close, tax prep, cleanup projects, and onboarding.
