Arctic Shores is used by a load of grad scheme and apprenticeship employers right now including Amazon, Siemens, Llyods, HSBC and others. The problem is most candidates go in completely cold. It looks nothing like a traditional aptitude test. You play mini games that track your reaction time, decision making, memory and behavioural patterns across multiple tasks. Going in without practicing is like sitting an exam without knowing the format. You waste half your mental energy figuring out what is happening instead of actually performing.
