Why we built this: Every CRM we tried before starting Codnity either buried us in features we'd never use, locked our own data behind an "enterprise" paywall, or quietly became another thing our team had to manage instead of a tool that actually helped us sell. We kept asking: why does software meant to reduce a company's workload end up adding to it?
So we built Codnity to be the opposite of that. Clean pipeline, deals, contacts, activities the stuff you actually need, without the bloat.
On pricing: Codnity is free to use. Once you add teammates, it's €1/seat/month that's it. No tiers, no "contact sales," no feature paywalls. That price barely covers our infrastructure costs, and that's intentional. We're not trying to build a pricing machine, we're trying to build a tool people actually like using.
Switching is easy: If you're on another CRM, you can import your data and be running in minutes, not weeks. No consultants, no migration project.
What we need from you: Honestly, we care most about ease of use right now. Please be brutal if something feels clunky, confusing, or unnecessary, tell us. That feedback shapes what we build next far more than a feature request would.
