We built this because hiring and getting hired as a developer both feel broken in opposite ways. Companies drown in unqualified applicants and take weeks to filter them. Good developers send 50 applications into a void and hear nothing back. Everyone's spending enormous effort and still ending up frustrated.
CODERCOPS is our attempt to fix both sides. You build a profile once, and we match you to real opportunities instead of making you re-apply everywhere. On the hiring side, you get a shortlist of screened developers instead of a resume pile.
What's different:
-> screening happens up front, so a shortlist is actually a shortlist
-> developers get a response either way, no more black hole
