CloseOS

The all-in-one CRM for high-ticket closers and teams

CloseOS is the operating system for high-ticket sales. One tool instead of six: visual pipeline, built-in call room, automated follow-ups, booking links, invoicing and closing KPIs. Plus e-signature with the payment collected in the same flow, so the client signs and pays without ever leaving the page. Three products: Sales for the solo closer, Business to run a team of closers and setters, Sign for contracts. Built in France, hosted in the EU, GDPR-compliant.

Top comment

Hi Product Hunt, I built CloseOS because I used to be a closer, and I kept losing deals in the gaps between my tools. High-ticket sales in France runs on a strange stack: a booking tool, a spreadsheet pretending to be a CRM, Google Meet, a separate invoicing app, and a Notion doc nobody keeps up to date. Every handoff between them is a place where a lead quietly disappears. CloseOS is three products sharing one account: - Sales, the CRM for a solo closer: pipeline, call room, automated follow-ups, booking links, invoicing and closing KPIs. - Business, to run a team: lead assignment between setters and closers, KPIs per member, commissions reconciled against actual Stripe payments. - Sign, e-signature with the payment collected in the same flow. The client signs and pays without ever leaving the page, which matters when a deal is worth several thousand euros. Built in France, hosted in the EU, GDPR-compliant. Interface in French and English. One thing it is not: a general-purpose CRM. If you run long B2B cycles, HubSpot or Pipedrive will serve you better. CloseOS is built for short cycles, lots of calls and commission-based pay. Happy to answer anything, including the awkward questions about where it falls short.
