The original idea for Close was simple: a CRM should be sales communication software. With Call Assistant enabled, all of your inbound and outbound phone calls are automatically transcribed and summarized for you. Call Assistant supports 20+ languages, and will automatically generate the transcription and summary in the language it detects on the call.
And most importantly, the transcription and summary will automagically appear in the CRM alongside the existing Call and Contact record including any notes you and the team took manually.
