Soy Agustín Kryger, cofundador de Boron Studio, una agencia de diseño y desarrollo web basada en Uruguay.
Construimos ClickNote por pura supervivencia. Creo que todos los que entregamos proyectos web compartimos el mismo dolor de cabeza: el caos de recibir el feedback de los clientes a través de audios eternos de WhatsApp, PDFs con flechas rojas dibujadas en Paint o hilos infinitos de emails donde es imposible seguir el rastro de los bugs. Perdiamos horas valiosas intentando adivinar en qué navegador, pantalla o URL estaba el cliente.
Por eso diseñamos ClickNote para que sea la forma más simple y con cero fricción de cerrar el loop de feedback:
Pegas una línea de código en la web (como Google Analytics).
Tu cliente hace un clic directo sobre el error en la pantalla y escribe el problema (sin tener que crearse cuenta ni aprender a usar un software nuevo).
Tú recibes en tu panel una captura automática del área, la URL exacta, el navegador y la resolución.
🚀 ¿En qué etapa estamos hoy?
Estamos puliendo los últimos detalles técnicos de la primera versión funcional del panel y el widget.
