ClearOK

Turn casual agreements into shared records

ClearOK helps reduce everyday agreement disputes by turning text messages, screenshots, or pasted conversations into a concise shared record both sides can review and keep. The creator reviews the draft, sends a link, and the recipient agrees or rejects it. It is built for permissions, scope changes, plans, and simple commitments that matter enough to confirm but do not need a contract platform.

Hi Product Hunt, I built ClearOK because most everyday agreements never become contracts. They happen in texts, screenshots, and quick conversations—and the problem often appears later, when two people remember the details differently. ClearOK turns that context into a concise draft, lets the creator review it, and gives the recipient a simple agree-or-reject flow. Both sides then keep the same shared record. It is designed for everyday permissions, freelance scope changes, plans, and simple commitments—not legal contracts. I built and launched ClearOK during OpenAI Build Week, including production authentication, live payments, screenshot intake, sharing, and versioned shared records. I would especially appreciate feedback on three things: Where would this be genuinely useful? Does the workflow feel simple enough? What kind of agreement would you try it for first? Thanks for taking a look.
