ClearCiviQ

Step-by-step roadmaps for US government processes

Top comment

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Demetrius, founder of ClearCiviQ. Government processes aren't hard because people aren't smart enough. They're hard because the steps are scattered across city, county, state and federal offices, and nobody tells you the order. ClearCiviQ turns a plain-language goal "open a café in Chicago", "renew my work permit", "apply for SNAP" into one roadmap: every form, fee, office and deadline, in sequence. It researches against official .gov sources, and rates its confidence on each step. It also keeps watching. Add a record like a green card or a business license and it checks the agency for status changes, fee changes and renewal windows. Notifications never name the record, because a lock screen isn't always read by the person who owns the phone. I'm a security engineer by day, so privacy was non-negotiable. Your roadmaps and documents are encrypted on your device before they're stored, filenames included. We hold ciphertext we can't read and there's no key escrow. Safety mode for domestic violence survivors is free forever, needs no account, and never appears in your roadmap history. Two roadmaps are free to start. It's on iPhone now, and Android will be released very soon. I'd love your feedback
