The rota, the team, the clients, the compliance paperwork and the invoicing, all in one place instead of spread across a group chat, a spreadsheet and someone's memory. What's actually in it: Scheduling. Day, week and month views, one-off or recurring jobs (weekly, fortnightly, monthly), assignment across multiple sites. It warns you before you double-book someone rather than after the phone call. Every assignment, change and cancellation fires a push notification and an email, so nothing depends on a cleaner checking WhatsApp. The cleaner app. Offline-first, not offline-tolerant.
