I built this because I had no idea how much I was spending on Claude Code.
Turns out all the data is sitting in ~/.claude/projects/ as JSONL files — nobody told me it existed.
When I finally parsed it, I found:
- $266 spent since March
- One project eating 35% of my budget
- 95.9% cache read ratio happening every turn, invisibly
Everything runs locally. Nothing leaves your machine.
