my name is noa and I’m a 10th-grade student, and CLARIX started with a very simple problem.
I was working on a school project and needed to research information online. But the more I searched, the more I realized something that really bothered me:
How do I know what I can actually trust?
A website can look professional and convincing, but maybe the information was published years ago and is no longer relevant. Maybe the source isn’t clear. Maybe nobody says who wrote it or what their expertise is. And today, there’s another question: was this information even written by a real person, or generated by AI without a reliable source behind it?
I realized that before asking *“Is this information true?”*, we need to be able to ask a simpler question:
**“What do I actually know about where this information came from?”**
That’s why I created **CLARIX**.
CLARIX is a transparency standard for information on the internet. Instead of simply telling you “this website is trustworthy,” CLARIX shows you the information you need to judge it yourself — who published it, what sources support it, when it was last updated, and other key transparency criteria.
When you see the CLARIX badge on a website, you can click it and instantly see a small transparency record with the answers.
CLARIX doesn’t tell you what to believe.
**It gives you the information to decide for yourself.**
I’m launching CLARIX here because I’d genuinely love to hear what you think. Is this a problem you’ve experienced too? What would you want to know before trusting information online?
