Clank Cut
Give your agent the ability to record its own demos on mac
A macOS recorder which lets ur claude code and codex record a demo or tutorial. It drives the app in a built-in browser, records, auto-zooms on the real clicks, narrates (your cloned voice if you want), adds music, and returns a shareable MP4.
I made a mac desktop app which integrates via cli with ur claude code and codex so you can just say "record a demo of ...X... using the demo account" and it'll just go ahead and record it, edit it, narrate it (with ur voice too if u want), and also export it (and publish publicly if wanted too, ie sharable link). To keep costs low it runs the agent on ur computer. Also shows an editor so if u wanna do small adjustments manually u can easily do so outside of the agent.
I've gotten super annoyed by having to record demo videos in the past for every feature release i've done and for b2b customers who want direct videos of how to do things. Recording them takes a lot of time and I suck at speaking so I tend to have to redo it a lot, figured some of you probably do too.
Rn its just mac, and rn it just records webapps but if there's enough ppl wanting it i'll add in desktop app and ios app recording support.
fully usage based pricing for now, so shoot me an email at [email protected] and i can credit u a few dollars of credits (which should easily cover a few videos). Would subsidize more but I'm bootstrappin
