I kept starting and quitting my workout routine for years. Instagram fitness influencers looking like Greek gods didn't exactly help my motivation either. I tried the usual fitness apps too, but they're all basically glorified spreadsheets — you log your sets, stare at some stats, and quit after two weeks because nothing actually pulls you back in.
So I ended up building something for myself. The idea: your workouts claim real territory on a map, kind of like conquering hexes in a strategy game. You do push-ups or squats, the camera tracks your reps, and you capture the area around you. If you slack off, your territory decays and someone else can take it. You also get a program based on your goals and can challenge friends.
