Hi Product Hunt — I’m building CivicOps to make infrastructure response easier to coordinate and follow.
A water leak can generate a WhatsApp message, a phone call and an email, while the dispatcher and field crew still lack a shared picture. The aim is to keep the report, the decision and the follow-through together.
In this release, you can take the dispatcher seat: link three fictional reports, review the proposed service and priority, choose a qualified crew, approve dispatch, advance the field stages and verify the outcome. The case reference stays with the response, and you can download its record. Water, electricity and stormwater scenarios are available.
I built this with Astra-assisted development. The public demo runs local rules and scripted crew movement; messages stay unsent. It is free to try without signup. That makes the complete journey available for review without pretending we have a live municipal deployment.
The next milestone is a focused pilot with verified connectors, named staff access, durable storage and field-tested Android work phones.
