We built CiteLadder because we kept seeing a new problem emerge: brands can rank well in Google and still be almost invisible when people ask ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude for recommendations. The frustrating part is that “AI visibility” is often treated as one vague score. We wanted to make it much more concrete - Are you being mentioned? Are you being cited? Which competitors are winning? And does your website actually contain the evidence AI systems need to recommend you? So we built CiteLadder to track those answers over time and turn them into actionable work - not just another dashboard. This launch is our first step toward making AI search measurable and, more importantly, something teams can actually improve.
