It's a lightweight Safari extension built for people who prefer watching in Safari but want more from their streaming experience.
I built Cine 5.1 because I mainly watch streaming services in Safari on my Mac, but I wanted more control over the experience, especially around audio quality.
Cine 5.1 started with one simple feature: enabling 5.1 audio for Netflix in Safari. While building it, I added the ability to request 1080p playback and eventually built watch history for Netflix and Prime Video as well.
The goal is simple: keep using Safari, but make streaming netflix a little better
