I'm Jasper, the founder of Church CMS. I built this after watching our church admin juggle three spreadsheets, a WhatsApp group, and handwritten attendance registers every single Sunday. There had to be a better way.
The feature I'm most proud of is the QR Giving system — each member gets a printed QR card, they scan and pay via UPI, enter their transaction ID, and the offering is automatically recorded to their account. For Indian churches moving away from cash envelopes, this has been a game-changer.
The Visitor Pipeline is the other one I love — so many churches spend energy welcoming first-time visitors and then lose track of them. Now every visitor gets logged, followed up, and moved through a pipeline until they become a committed member.
