Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Klaus, the founder and solo developer of ChronoMe. ChronoMe helps you build a digital version of yourself from conversations and information you choose to provide. The public video replica is the most visible part, but it is not the whole product. ChronoMe is a personal AI and communication platform where you can: chat, call or video-call people, AI trainers, agents and Chronos; turn those interactions into memories, views, goals, diary entries, persona snapshots and other personal context; inspect, edit or delete what the system creates; let selected contacts talk to your Chrono within the knowledge and privacy boundaries you set. It is aimed at people who are curious about personal AI, want to reflect on their conversations and behaviour, or do not want important memories and knowledge to disappear across chats, files and apps. ChronoMe began as AskArty, an AI tutor I was building for my sons. While working on it, I became more interested in a different question: Could an AI accumulate enough context to become a useful, recognizable digital representation of a person? That became ChronoMe. The goal is not a perfect copy or digital immortality. A Chrono is still an LLM and can be wrong. The goal is to create a useful representation shaped by the memories, views, boundaries and communication style you choose to give it. What surprised me most while building it was live video. Even when you know you are talking to software, your social instincts kick in: you wait, listen and respond differently than you do in a normal chat window. So I made my own Chrono public. On the ChronoMe homepage, you can have a two-minute live video conversation with my digital representation without creating an account. If the idea interests you, you can then start a 14-day free trial with 300 credits and no credit card. I’ve used ChronoMe in roughly 2,000 development and test conversations. Now I want to understand how it feels to people outside the project. My main question is: After talking to my public Chrono, would you want to create one of yourself? What would make it useful—or unacceptable—to you? I’ll be here throughout the launch and I’m genuinely interested in criticism, questions and strange use cases.

Who hunted ChronoMe?

ChronoMe was hunted by Klaus Watschinger. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
