Hey Product Hunt! 👋 daviddnd here, maker of CherishVow.
This idea was born from my own wedding portrait studio experience. Multiple weekend sessions. Hours of posing until our smiles went numb. A bill that hurt. And after all that — limited scene choices, and an album that felt "fine" instead of "us."
So when AI image generation took off, I thought I'd found the escape hatch. I tried. A lot. And kept hitting the same three walls:
🧩 Prompting is a dark art — coaxing "palace elegance, golden hour, natural laugh" out of a generic model is pure guesswork
🎨 I had zero design instincts — no clue what lighting, framing, or styling would actually look good together
😶 Identity drift — the couple in shot 1 didn't look like the couple in shot 5
That last one was the dealbreaker. A wedding portrait where you don't look like you is worthless.
So I spent the past several months researching and rebuilding the generation pipeline from scratch to fix exactly those problems. Identity-first engineering keeps both of you recognizably you across every scene — every portrait passes an automated face-similarity check before it reaches your gallery (plus one free redo per round, just in case). And instead of asking anyone to write prompts, every scene is designer-curated — Mont-Saint-Michel, Korean Hanbok, rustic sunset, dark studio — you pick the vibe, we handle lighting, posing, and styling. What comes out is print-ready 6K: 5 portraits for $10, no subscription.
On privacy, straight from our site: uploads are encrypted, we never train on your photos, reference photos from finished sessions auto-delete within 48 hours, and generated portraits are deleted after 7 days. Only your latest uploads stay saved as your "characters," until you remove them.
v1 is live and I'd love honest feedback — couples, photographers, skeptics, all welcome. What scene should we add next?
Ask me anything! 🙏
