Running unmodified JARs as-is is the part that stands out to me — no porting step is a huge deal for the old enterprise and classroom Java apps that still work but lost their delivery mechanism when applets died. Supporting everything from Java 8 to 25 in one browser runtime is ambitious. Curious how startup time feels on a really large Swing app, that's usually where browser runtimes live or die.
