Checkers makes French company information free, simple, and accessible. Unlike complex or expensive platforms, it lets anyone instantly search businesses by name, SIREN, or SIRET and access financial statements, directors, legal records, and company details. By combining official public data from INSEE, INPI, and BODACC into one intuitive platform, Checkers helps entrepreneurs and professionals make informed decisions quickly, without subscriptions or complexity.
I built Checkers because I was frustrated with how difficult and expensive it can be to access French company data. I wanted to make something simple, free, and genuinely open, where people can easily get the data they need and use it however they want.
I'm also working on a very affordable API and an MCP coming soon. The idea isn't to make money from public data, just to cover server costs and make this information as accessible as possible.
And this is just the beginning. Checkers is constantly evolving, with the goal of covering as many countries as possible and making more and more company data available to everyone.
