Social Cleanup removes the first one. It bulk-deletes your own posts, replies, likes, comments and follows on X and Instagram, and your conversations on ChatGPT, in batches of 10, 50, 100 or all. The part I care about most: it runs inside the tab you already have open. It never asks for your password, never takes an OAuth token, and nothing you delete leaves your device. Pinned ChatGPT chats are kept, and the items queued for deletion are marked and numbered first so you can check before anything happens.
Fact-Check handles the second one. Point it at a claim, a page, an image, a short audio clip or a video, and it returns a 1 to 10 truth score with real, clickable sources, cross-checked by two independent AIs so you see disagreement instead of a single guess. There is a public proof link for every check, so nothing is invented behind the scenes.
