Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm the maker.
I was a PM at a Fortune 500 company. Two weeks of 4am nights, then I crashed — diagnosed with major depression and took leave.
During that leave I realized something: I was constantly losing energy to relationships I didn't understand. My wife would be upset and I had no idea why. My team wouldn't execute and I didn't know how to fix it. I'm good with systems, bad with people — and that gap was quietly destroying me.
I wanted an AI that watches your life and tells you what's happening. Not wait for you to ask — because I never knew the right question.
So I built Chattoon. No coding background. Started with Cursor, hit a wall, switched to Claude Code, rebuilt the architecture twice. Had a relapse in the middle and stopped for a month. Then came back and finished it.
It went live today. I'm still on medication. I'm still here.
