Chatpont
AI support agents that answer, act and execute
ChatPont helps teams launch AI support agents across website, email, Teams, WhatsApp, and helpdesk tools. It answers from your knowledge base, takes approved actions in connected systems. Instead of only deflecting tickets, ChatPont helps resolve repetitive support work end to end.
I’m Erdem, Product Manager at Autom Mate and one of the people working on ChatPont.
We built ChatPont because most AI support tools still stop at the first answer. They can reply to a customer, but the real work usually continues somewhere else: checking an order, opening a ticket, escalating to the right team, updating a record, or asking a human to approve the next step.
With ChatPont, we wanted to move from “AI chatbot” to “AI support agent”.
ChatPont can:
Answer from your own knowledge base Work across website, email, Slack, WhatsApp, and helpdesk tools Trigger approved actions in connected systems Escalate to humans with the full context Help teams reduce repetitive support work without losing control
We are still early, and we’re especially interested in feedback from support, CX, SaaS, and operations teams.
Would love to hear what you think, what feels missing, and where you would or wouldn’t trust an AI agent inside your support process.

Chatpont was hunted by Erdem Sakın. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
