Hi Product Hunt! I'm Richard, the maker of ChatPilot. I built it after watching small shop owners in Vietnam spend hours every night replying to the same Facebook and Messenger questions: price, size, shipping, "still in stock?". Many of them lose sales simply because they reply too late. ChatPilot connects to your Facebook Page and uses AI to answer customers instantly, based on your own products and FAQs, so the shop keeps selling while the owner sleeps. At first I tried to build a full CRM with lots of features. Talking to real shop owners changed that. They didn't want another dashboard, they wanted replies that sound like them and a setup that takes minutes. So I cut most of the features, focused on connecting a Page in a few clicks, and added a free plan with 30 AI credits per day so anyone can try it.
