Chaser.cash
Involuntary churn, engineered out of your P&L.
Most recovery tools reactively spam clients when a card fails, risking your enterprise relationships over simple billing glitches. Chaser.cash is a Stripe-native revenue defense ecosystem that protects cash flow before it churns. ๐ฎ Forecast renewals & spot expiring cards ๐ก๏ธ Human-in-the-Loop guardrails prevent VIP spam ๐ Safe Mode: Find exact lost revenue risk-free Built for founders. No code or SQL. Connect Stripe in 2 mins to stop involuntary churn.
I'm Thierry, and I built Chaser.cash after watching too many SaaS founders treat failed payments as a Stripe setting they flipped once and forgot.
The problem deserves more attention than that: 20 to 40% of all churn is involuntary (customers who never decided to leave), and roughly 70% of that revenue is recoverable with decent retry timing, card updating, and well-sequenced outreach. Most founders are quietly losing a chunk of MRR they've never even measured.
Existing tools mostly retry on a schedule and blast templated emails. Fine when it's a $29 subscription. It's also how you torch a relationship when it's your biggest account whose procurement team just reissued a card, and most tools treat both exactly the same.
So Chaser.cash is deliberately not fully automated:
Automation handles the volume; routing rules decide what deserves a human
VIP accounts never get an email without approval
When the template sequence is exhausted, the system says so and hands you the keyboard with full context, instead of sending a fourth reminder
It reports what it did NOT recover and why. A recovery tool that only shows you wins is hiding the denominator
For the AI crowd: Chaser ships an MCP server. Connect Claude or any MCP client and ask it what's at risk this month. Read-only, OAuth, scoped to your own workspace.
Stripe is the core today, and PayPal subscriptions are in beta, so it's not only Stripe, with more billing sources on the way.
Honest status: Chaser is brand new, and you'd be among the very first to use it. The first 50 companies get 50% off for life, and I'll personally onboard every one of you, so "early" means access and a direct line to me, not rough edges you have to tolerate alone.
Want to see your own number first? Safe Mode connects read-only, replays your last 90 days of Stripe history, and computes exactly what you lost, in about a minute, with zero emails sent to anyone.
Tear it apart. And I'd genuinely love to know: does the human-in-the-loop bet resonate, or would you rather just set it and forget it? I'll be here all day answering everything.
